Refund policy

At Lline, we strive to provide a premium shopping experience that fully satisfies you. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a flexible and easy return and exchange policy.

Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Return 

To ensure your request is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused
  • All tags must be attached, and original packaging included
  • The item must be free from any damage or odors (perfume, washing, etc.)
If the abaya is returned or the delivery person does not respond, the deposit will not be refunded.

Half the price of the abaya will be deducted if the order is canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Customized or altered products made upon request

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email
  • Send your order number + a photo of the product (if needed)
  • Your request will be reviewed, and return instructions will be provided

Shipping Fees

  • The customer bears shipping costs for returns
  • If the error is on our side (wrong or defective product), we cover all costs

Refunds

  • The product will be inspected upon receipt
  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days using the original payment method
  • In some cases, store credit may be issued instead

Exchanges

You can exchange your product for a different size or model depending on availability. Our team will coordinate with you to make the process smooth.
